Why just a Cirneco dell’Etna? There are no words or there would be too much to explain, only who know this breed can understand what it means to own one, live them and breed them. Pride, elegance, loyalty, independence, intelligence, nobility and hunting ability are just some of the adjectives that characterize him.

The Kennel "dell’ Ovo" takes its name from the farm of Majorana’s family located in Sicily, in the picturesque setting of the Plain of Catania, dominated by the majestic Mount Etna. In this splendid farm, between cornfields, oranges and magnificent Oriental Horses, Pucci Majorana, under the guide of brotherly friend and master Mr. Pippo Aiello, worked from decades to preserve the breed from extinction and has transmitted this love and passion to his daughter Laura and his son in law Marco Belfiore.

We work in purity with excellent results focusing on sophistication and elegance, but without neglecting its rusticity the hunting instinct, whereby the Cirneco dell’Etna has preserved over the millennia and especially in Sicily has helped to support the families peasants. Appreciated and present all over the world our dogs have always achieved excellent results, between our champions dogs we remind Mafiusu, Saporita, Fiorino, Gemma, Piriddu, Mariolà, etc. Our dogs live with us every day, each of them has special characteristics that distinguish them from each other by character and morphology, whoever comes here to know inevitably falls in love.
